Phenna Group Enters the Netherlands with the Acquisition of QTI Services

Creating a Food and Feed platform across Europe in partnership with QTI Services.

Headquartered in the UK, Phenna Group has grown rapidly over the last few years to become one of the world’s leading Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (“TICC”) businesses by partnering with independent companies serving a variety of key, mission-critical sectors around the globe.

We are delighted to announce the strategic acquisition of QTI Services, a fast-growing laboratory testing and inspection services business headquartered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. QTI Services will join Phenna Group’s Food and Life Sciences Division in EMEA as part of our ongoing international expansion, and is our 5th Acquisition of 2026.

About QTI Services: Quick, Trustworthy and Innovative

Founded in 2021, QTI Services is a fast-growing testing laboratory operating in the Netherlands and Ukraine, serving clients across the food, feed, and renewables sectors. QTI Services specialises in food and feed safety analysis, providing a comprehensive range of analyses, including pesticides, dioxins, MOSH/MOAH, 3-MCPD, and microbiological testing, and supports customers across the value chain from raw materials to finished goods. QTI Services employs 80 people.

QTI Services is recognised for its speed, reliability, and customer focus, offering accredited analytical methods with results within 8-24 hours.

The company holds ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (L678) and additional industry approvals, including FOSFA, GMP+, QS, and NOFOTA, for its operations in theNetherlands. QTI Services Ukraine holds ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation (202079), as well as FOSFA and GAFTA approvals.

QTI Services is continuously expanding its scope and has recently completed a state-of-the-art allergen testing department, offering both ELISA and PCR methodologies, with full method validation. In Odessa, Ukraine, they recently expanded the scope with GMO testing and heavy metals.
